Sensei Justin Cheramie grew up in Larose, La. He got started in Nekodo Karate in 1996 under teacher Wilber Lewis and has been training and competing ever since. He has also trained in various schools across the state and has experience and rank in Tang Soo Do, Tae Kwon Do and Kung Fu. Justin is a third degree blackbelt under Wilber Lewis and a multiple time Louisiana and Texas state champion. He is a member of Team Heartland national karate team and has won national titles in multiple leagues, as well as placing top 4 at World Games since 2001. Since 2007, he has trained and coached many students on their way to state and national titles ranging from beginners all the way to blackbelts. In 2014, his students took their first of many world titles in sparring and kata (forms). He looks forward to training more champions in the ring and in life in the future.
